" BIOS doesn't recognize corrupted SSD ",I got a new gpu for my system. I installed everything but when I went to turn on my PC, it turned itself off after 0.1 of a second, I did this 3 times before the PC turned on sucessfully, but the windows files were corrupted long time ago.. As dumb as I was, I didn't try to boot without any drives at all. The SSD (boot drive) is now corrupted. I used my friend's PC to take out all of the important files off the SSD, surprisingly everything was still on the drive. I still took out 10gb of very important files without any problem. (I didn't format the SSD) I went home to reinstall windows again, but the windows installer didn't find my SSD, the same with the BIOS. It couldn't be found anywhere. So do I need to format the ssd via my friend's pc to make it appear in my bios?
