I am trying to access my external drive - It is plugged into the AC power supply. LED light is ON. The drive is not being recognized by the computer but IS recognized in Device Manager and Disk Management. I have tried all 4 USB ports on both computers. I get the same result on every USB port. I have gotten 2 new USB 3.0 cords. Still - drive not recognized. I have plugged in to my USB hub and of course connected the USB hub to my computer - and again, the disk IS recognized in Disk Management and Device Management, not in Computer.
