Seagate hard Drive Not Showing up in My Computer, how to recover data ?

I have a seagate 4TB hard drive . I can see the drive in disk management and it shows as not initialized and unallocated . But the drive is not visible in my computer. I cant find the letter assigned to drive too . I want to recover data too.

As you can see the drive in disk management and it shows as not initialized and unallocated .It is easy to recover data - Use Aidfile data recovery software "Full Scan" to scan the drive.
