I was told I could easily view some of my files and use it as an external hdd without issue on my Chromebook; yet each time I attach it via USB, it says, 'Sorry your external storage device could not be recognized.' Then below that it gives you the option to Format this device. 1. is it not recognized because the Transcend Storejet isn't compatible with CHROME OS? and/or 2. I only want to view the files on the Transcend via the chromebook, suggestions? Thanks Update. Just tried it again for the heck of it and now this came up, which was a first, "Sorry, at least 1 partition on your device could not be mounted.'
