"Seagate USB HDD Not recognized WIN 10",It appears my 3TB Segate Expansion Plus USB drive is not being recognized by Windows 11 & Windows 10 File Explorer. I've done all the things that people have tried. 1) It is recognized by Device Manager ( no exclamation or anything). Updating the driver says current driver is fine. Can't seem to locate a driver ( if there is one) at Seagate site. 2) I am able to see the Partition ( using the Disk management) as a drive letter. I am only allow to change the drive letter, which I did to see if it would be recognized. 3) Did uninstall/reinstall USB drivers 4) Did turn off Fast Startup 5) Did tried different USB ports. I have a Seagate Backup Plus and it was able to mapped a drive fine - so USB ports are fine. 6) One anomaly I could not figure out was plugging the drive in and rebooting would disrupt my mouse/keyboard operation (wireless microsoft). I assume there is a usb driver conflict causing some instability. So what else could I possibly try ? I am going to remove the enclosure and hook it up internally next to see if I can transfer the files to another HD.
