Seagate Backup Plus 3 TB External Won't Power Up: I've had a Seagate Backup Plus 3 TB External HDD for about a couple years now but today I noticed that it randomly stopped powering up. Wasn't dropped or anything, and both it and my computer had been on. I've tried unplugging and replugging both the power and USB 3.0 cable as well as swapping out different cables and it didn't help. I resorted to opening up the enclosure and was able to plug it in internally into my tower and the drive powered up and was recognized fine. The only problem was that it is recognized as a RAW file system on Windows 7 so I don't know how I can continue on to fix this problem.
