Seagate hdd not working: I bought a hard disk (seagate 2TB) which worked fine until yesterday. But when i plugged it to the windows machine , it shows up in the disk management, not initialized. When i try to initialize it says "fatal device hardware error". Diskpart detects but Cant wipe the device. It shows 0B used, 0B free space, device online. Minitool data recovery stops while scanning the device. On Linux machine, it shows in the disk utility, just shows with no option to mount or format or edit partitions. It doesn't show up in Gparted. With dmesg it shows I/O error. I don't care the data on the hdd. Want to be formatted or hardwiped.
