I have a 128Gb SanDisk Micro SD Card for my phone. Recently, I decided to delete everything on the card to store some fresh data in it. So, I copied my data from my phone to my PC using the Nokia USB data cable and then after disconnecting the phone from PC, formatted the card using my Nokia Asha 311 phone, since I had no SD card Reader at the time. I had, prior to formatting the card, managed my files in three main folders inside the card, namely - Images, Music and Other Files. After the format was complete, my phone showed that the SD card is now empty with only 32kb out of 7.39gb occupied
