Then it asked if I wanted a quick format or a full clean pc. I wanted to make sure whoever buys my pc isn't able to recover any of my personal data so I chose the fully clean option. BIG MISTAKE. It failed it was unsuccessful so I restarted my pc and it just showed a black screen that said "there was no operating system found on this disk" I'm so gagged I have a windows installer USB and I've tried all the repair tools like startup repair all the command prompt commands like bootrec bootfix rebuild all that sfc scan now and chkdsk or whatever and each command just doesn't work nothing is working I have tried every method out there if I look for my issue someone says oh try this method and then I try and it simply says you so then I look up why didn't that method work and people say well if that happened then this other method must work and then that doesn't work either!! I know for a fact my drive didn't fail and it recognizes it in diskpart as a windows volume and it's on drive c. It just won't boot the boot files are but I literally cannot fix it. It'll say cannot do this or I/O device problem Someone who has experience please help me I just want to sell this pc everything was working perfectly fine before. Don't dumb it down for me I can keep up just tell me what to do it's a Western Digital 1 terabyte drive it's listed as ntfs format and I'm booting in legacy + uefi mode or else the drive doesn't even show up in just uefi mode and I have the windows USB installer in a USB 2.0 port I don't want to install windows btw just fix what I have now because what I had was already a legit version of windows
