Do you need to recover any data from it? If it's recognized in Disk Management, you could try to reformat it (note that this will destroy the data on it), to see if it shows up after that. I'd also recommend that you try uninstalling it from Device Manager and reconnecting it so that Windows can reinstall its drivers again, or try to reinstall/update the USB drivers.
