"ADATA SP900 M.2 SSD not recognized by Gigabyte Z170-HD3P i5-6500", So I bought a Gigabyte Z170-HD3P with an i5-6500 and wanted to use a "ADATA Premier Pro SP900 M.2 2280 SSD" (the 128GB Model) with it. Sadly it doesn't seem to be recognized by the board. I tried disabling CSM updating the BIOS (no other options in the BIOS seem related), but nothing changed. I tried googling a bunch and I found some spurious hints that Gigabyte boards may have an issue with the SandForce controller chip used (found nothing specific to the SF-2281 that's in the SSD I have) in the SSD (but it's clearly not the Haswell SF-1XXX compatibility issue, since I have neither a Haswell processor nor a SF-1 series controller here).
